What your typical day might be like:

We aren’t typical!  We work with veterinary professionals that have various hours, so we try to accommodate this changing dynamic in our own schedules. Yes, this is a full-time position, but you will need to be flexible to get what needs to be done when your customer is available. However, this is also an added benefit, as you create the schedule that works best for you and your potential customers.

For our work environment to remain flexible and effective, it requires strong work ethic and a person of trustworthy character because you will be building your schedule and territory. While you will work mostly on your own once trained, you will work closely with, and report to, a small internal team. You will also work with sales managers and others who work remotely.

To be upfront, we do require a high standard in our employees, but we also realize people are first and foremost human beings – someone’s daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, etc., and we work every day with this in mind.  Our corporate culture is one based upon values and integrity, with a strong work ethic. Our employees are expected to use common sense in their everyday decisions.  We are not a fully traditional working environment, so we want to be sure you know this upfront. We are looking for the employee that understands this as each day might be a little different than the day before, and sometimes, very much the same. We are a growing company, so the ability to adapt and be flexible to a changing environment will be important.

We have a small business environment, but a large business approach.  Some days we start early or stay late due to the time zones we work with….  We do what we need to do to get things done.  The role you will be performing is vital to our team.

Other important things to know:

  • You need a reliable vehicle and your own car insurance.

  • You will have a travel expense budget and be reimbursed after submission and approval of weekly expense reports.

This position offers:

  • base salary, plus commission

  • car allowance

  • comprehensive and generous vision, medical, and dental benefits package

  • 2 weeks flexible PTO/year

  • A team, yet independent working environment
