The Vcheck U urinary analyzer runs chemistry and sediment testing for canine and feline patients all in a single unit. This analyzer screens for 15 chemistry and 16 sediment parameters in just 4 minutes and produces individual images that provide veterinarians with detailed diagnostic information. Urine tubes can be loaded directly into the analyzer, and advanced AI is used for interpreting results, enhancing usability and efficiency.

While competitive urinary analyzers only focus on sediment, the Vcheck U covers chemistry and sediment analysis for the most complete diagnostic information.

Chemistry

  • The Vcheck U Chemistry strip can test 15 items.

  • It uses dipstick colorimetric tests with dual-wavelength reflectance photometry.

  • The measured parameters provide essential information for detecting metabolic issues, kidney function and urinary tract infections.

Sediment

  • The Vcheck U’s Sediment parameters can test 16 items — eight with quantitative and eight with semi-quantitative results.

  • Using AI recognition and digital imaging, Vcheck U analyzes elements such as red and white blood cells, epithelial cells and casts.

  • It also detects crystals, including calcium oxalate and uric acid crystals, and even bacteria and fungus.

  • These parameters offer a detailed view of sediment content, which is crucial for diagnosing infections, kidney stones and more.
